Along with the appointment of Sadowski, Axis is excited to announce the addition of Gary Yesavage and Declan Rushe to its Board of Directors. As the former President of Chevron Manufacturing, Mr. Yesavage oversaw all refinery operations, globally, responsible for eight refineries and over 5,200 employees. Mr. Rushe is the former President of Team Solutions and CEO of QualSpec with significant experience in industrial facility services, having founded and grown several highly successful inspection companies over his career. Both Directors bring deep knowledge and thought leadership to the Company.
