IADA Expands NBAA-BACE Presence as Cooperation with NBAA Deepens

Larger Exhibit, Nearly 50 Member Partners, Education Panels Reflect IADA’s Growing Industry Role

LAS VEGAS, NV, UNITED STATES, September 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA) will have a larger and more extensive presence than in previous years at the 2026 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE). This growth reflects IADA’s expanding international presence and cooperation on industry matters with the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA).

NBAA-BACE will be held Oct. 20-22 at the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall. IADA will feature an expanded exhibit in the West Hall — Booth 2877 with nearly 50 IADA member companies co-branding or partnering within in the IADA presence. The association also will participate prominently in NBAA-BACE education programming focused on aircraft transactions, market conditions and pre-purchase evaluations.

The expanded presence reflects a continuing evolution in the relationship between IADA and NBAA, particularly in areas where IADA members bring specialized aircraft transaction, maintenance and market expertise to the broader business aviation community. NBAA recently indicated IADA members as an essential part of the business aviation community and as professionals it turns to for expertise on aircraft transactions. NBAA also has cited continuing committee-level collaboration between the two organizations on resources intended to benefit their respective memberships.

IADA is convening its Fall Meeting in Las Vegas at the Fontainebleau on Sunday and Monday before NBAA-BACE begins. An IADA/NAFA (National Aircraft Finance Association) Welcome Reception and IADA Board of Directors meeting are the firsts events on the schedule. Additionally, IADA Broker Certification testing will take place on Monday.

IADA, NBAA Maintenance Cooperation Featured at NBAA-BACE

IADA technical experts and the NBAA Maintenance Committee have collaborated to deliver a coordinated, practical, and game-changing approach to Pre-Purchase Inspection best practices. This session is designed to give buyers, sellers, dealers, as well as maintenance and operations professionals immediate, actionable tools to optimize the transaction process.

The session will address ways buyers, sellers, brokers, maintenance providers and technical experts can better manage one of the most critical elements of a business aircraft transaction. NBAA currently lists the session in both its Maintenance and Operations education tracks. The panel brings together specialists representing aircraft transactions, maintenance, technical evaluations, engine programs and aircraft management.

IADA Dealers Bring Market Expertise to NBAA-BACE Panel

IADA also will be prominently represented in the NBAA-BACE session “Market Outlook: Aircraft Broker Insights,” an IADA dealer panel moderated by Rollie Vincent of Rolland Vincent & Associates (RVA).

Participants include John Odegard, Partner, 5×5 Trading; Phil Winters, Vice President, Aircraft Sales, Aircraft Management & Charter Greenwich AeroGroup & Western Aircraft Inc.; Chris Meisner, Managing Partners, Meisner Aircraft; and Laurie Barringer, Sr. Director Aircraft Market Research, ACASS.

The session will bring the perspective of IADA aircraft dealers directly to NBAA-BACE attendees, providing insights into the factors influencing the preowned business aircraft marketplace, including aircraft availability, pricing, demand, transaction activity and changing buyer and seller expectations. NBAA has placed the session on its Flight Deck program as part of the convention’s Operations education track.

IADA dealers collectively handle more than half of all global preowned turbine business aircraft transactions, giving the association a substantial base of actual transaction data and real-world market experience from which to assess industry conditions.

IADA Member Reception

IADA will host a reception for members and invited guests from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, at the association’s expanded NBAA-BACE exhibit.

The reception will provide IADA Accredited Dealers, Certified Brokers, OEM members and Verified Products & Services Members an opportunity to meet with clients, business aviation colleagues and other industry leaders during the convention.

Standards Support IADA’s Expanding Industry Role

IADA’s increasing engagement at NBAA-BACE comes as both organizations continue to advance professional and ethical standards for the business aircraft resale industry.

IADA Accredited Dealers undergo an independent accreditation process designed to evaluate transaction experience, professional business practices and adherence to IADA standards. Individual IADA Certified Aircraft Brokers must meet experience requirements, complete required education and pass a structured certification examination.
