IRVING, TX, UNITED STATES, August 7, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Christmas Decor, North America’s leading professional holiday decorating franchise, announced the winners of its 2025 season National Awards, recognizing franchisees across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico for outstanding growth, leadership, resilience and community involvement. The honors were presented during the company’s national conference at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, held July 22-24, 2026.

The awards spanned several categories, including new-franchise performance, veteran leadership, regional excellence, and two legacy awards honoring individuals who have shaped the Christmas Decor system. Winners were also recognized for design and installation work through the company’s annual photo awards.

National Awards

New Franchise of the Year: Christmas Decor by Lit Outdoor Lighting, Shorewood, Minnesota. Recognizes a new franchise for its dedication and hard work developing a new territory in its opening season, expanding the network’s presence in the Midwest.

Veteran Franchise of the Year: Christmas Decor by Paulk Outdoors, Locust Grove, Georgia. Honors a franchise that has been part of the Christmas Decor network since 2002 and continues to develop its territory year after year, serving as a model of long-term dedication within the system. The franchise was also honored this year for Best Use of Specialty Lighting in the photo awards.

Back in the Saddle Award: Christmas Decor by Halo Outdoor, San Antonio, Texas. Presented annually to a veteran franchise that has renewed its momentum after a period of slower growth.

2025 Increase and Growth Award: Christmas Decor of Puerto Rico, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. Given to the franchise that achieved the largest year-over-year growth in the network, reflecting strong momentum in only its second season.

Best Transfer: Christmas Decor by Alaska Hardy Gardens, Homer, Alaska. Honors a franchise that took over an existing territory and quickly made it their own, improving customer retention across its first two seasons.

Legacy Awards

Two awards are named in honor of individuals who left a lasting mark on the Christmas Decor system.

John W. Ropas “Spirit of Christmas” Award: Mike Gray, Christmas Decor of Southern Delaware. Named in honor of longtime Christmas Decor associate John Ropas, who helped establish close to 200 franchises over the course of his career and retired in 2026, the award recognizes a franchisee who embodies that same spirit of dedication and support for others across the network. Christmas Decor of Southern Delaware also earned Northeast Franchise of the Year and Best Interior in the company’s photo awards this year, making it one of the network’s most recognized franchises of the season.

Maury S. Frankel Award for Philanthropy: Eddie Anzalone and Stacey Bucino, Christmas Decor of Rutherford. Named in memory of Maury Frankel, this award honors a franchisee’s commitment to improving their community through philanthropic work.

Regional Franchise of the Year Awards

Each region of the Christmas Decor network presents its own opportunities and challenges. These awards recognize the top-performing franchise in each region.

Canadian Franchise of the Year: Brantford Christmas Decor, Brantford, Ontario. Recognized for a decade of consistent growth, professionalism and service as a longtime ambassador of the brand in Canada.

Eastern Franchise of the Year: Christmas Decor by Watermark Swimming Pool Services, Inc., Beltsville, Maryland. Serving the greater Washington, D.C. area, this franchise is recognized for consistently strong performance.

Northeastern Franchise of the Year: Christmas Decor Southern Delaware, Harbeson, Delaware. A franchise with the network since 1997, recognized as a standout performer in one of the country’s smallest states.

Northwestern Franchise of the Year: Christmas Decor by C and D Landscape Services Co., Dayton, Oregon. A five-time winner of this award, the franchise added a large-scale commercial installation at 7 Feathers Casino Resort to its project list in 2025, reinforcing its position as one of the network’s most consistent performers.

Western Franchise of the Year: Christmas Decor by Kaylor Landscape, Porterville, California. With the network since 1998, this franchise continues to exceed expectations for its territory as one of the system’s longest-standing members.

Southwestern Franchise of the Year: Christmas Decor by Flag Landscaping, Flagstaff, Arizona. With the network since 2014, this franchise has built a strong presence as an ambassador for holiday decorating in the desert Southwest.

Southeastern Franchise of the Year: Christmas Decor of Puerto Rico, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. Also this year’s Increase and Growth Award recipient, recognized for standout performance in a highly competitive region.

“This year’s winners show what’s possible when a franchise commits to the long haul. Whether it’s a brand-new territory or a veteran operator finding their footing again, the common thread is people who show up and do the work, year after year,” said Brandon Stephens, CEO of Christmas Decor. As demand for professional holiday decorating continues to grow across residential and commercial markets, Christmas Decor remains committed to recognizing the franchisees who make that growth possible.
