LPW Training Services is working to help people touched by cancer through a campaign to collect and deliver essential items for the Crossroads4Hope Support4Families program, which provides for families impacted by a cancer diagnosis, coping with loss due to cancer, and professionals working with children, teens, and families.
LPW, a woman-owned and operated company, is committed to supporting people and loved ones dealing with the effects of a cancer diagnosis. LPW closed its doors Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2022, and encouraged all employees to volunteer to sort and deliver the essential items collected through a month-long donation campaign. In addition to a monetary donation of $500, over 400 donated items generously poured in to aid in supplying child life specialist-curated welcome boxes that contain developmentally and age-appropriate resources to guide children and their families through their personalized cancer experience.
LPW Cares is a community service initiative based on our company's values and culture. LPW Training selects companywide service projects to help make a difference in our local community. "Many members of our team know the effects a cancer diagnosis brings to the family, children, and loved ones. Our goal is to ease that burden in any way we can by supporting an organization that provides people with cancer and their loved ones a safe place to turn for emotional and social support programs and services at no cost to them," said Liza Pizarro-White, CEO & Founder of LPW Training Services.
LPW Training Services, LLC is the industry leader in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences technology training across all business operation applications.
Crossroads4Hope embraces all people touched by cancer—the diagnosed, their loved ones, and caregivers—empowering individuals through access to resources, and programs of support, education, well-being, and hope.
