SEATTLE, February 27, 2023 (Newswire.com) - Elevate Outdoor Collective is announcing the arrival of Josee Larocque to the organization as its new Chief Operations Officer. Effective immediately, Josee will lead the Global Operations function from manufacturing to distribution. As a key member of the leadership team, she will design solutions to help deliver value and customer satisfaction.

In her new role, Josee will focus on leveraging EOC's manufacturing strength to build the operational backbone of the company. During her onboarding, she will connect with regional teams to listen, learn and dive into strengthening manufacturing support. Josee has lived, studied and worked in the United States, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and China. She worked in global trade and transportation before joining Burton in 1997 and held diverse roles, from operations manager and distribution director to sales and marketing manager. Most recently, she held the position of Sr. Vice President of Business and Digital Transformation, where she was responsible for a major business and digital transformation to help Burton become a world-class retailer after many years leading global operations.

A long-time Vermonter, Josee lives with her husband, daughter and two dogs, spending much of their free time in the outdoors. As a winter-loving family, their main activities are snowboarding, snowshoeing, nordic skiing, and ice skating right in their backyard. She serves as treasurer for the Chill Foundation, a Vermont-based international non-profit organization that works to inspire youth to overcome challenges through board sports.
