In the posters of ‘Badla’, we saw the intense side of the two protagonists. The tag line on the poster left fans intrigued as it read, “Maaf Kar Dena Har Baar Sahi Nahi Hota,” which means that forgiving someone every time is not right. One poster was focused on Amitabh Bachchan, while the other one was on Taapsee Pannu.
The trailer of ‘Badla’ was released online today and the story espouses the message of not forgiving and seeking revenge.
The trailer digs deep into the story of Naina Sethi who fights for the truth in an attempt to seek revenge. Amitabh Bachchan’s powerful performance clubbed with Taapsee’s acting will surely leave you thrilled for the film.
Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, ‘Badla’ is being produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s production house. Amitabh and Sujoy have worked together on films like ‘Teen’ and ‘Aladdin’. ‘Badla’ is touted to be a remake of Spanish thriller film ‘Contratiempo’. Malayalam actor Tony Luke is a part of the film too. ‘Badla’ is slated to release on March 8, 2019.
