All Points Logistics Awarded NASA Spacecraft Processing and Operations Contract (SPOC) On-Ramp

MERRITT ISLAND, FL, UNITED STATES, August 18, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — All Points Logistics, LLC announced today that it has been awarded an on-ramp to NASA’s Spacecraft Processing and Operations Contract (SPOC), a multiple-award task-order contract administered by the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) Launch Services Program (LSP). The new contract carries an effective date of August 4, 2026, and adds All Points, through its Space Prep business line, as a qualified provider of spacecraft processing facilities and services under the SPOC vehicle. The on-ramp is a formal process NASA uses to add new, qualified contractors to an existing multiple-award contract vehicle after its initial award.

SPOC is a strategic NASA contract vehicle expected to support dozens of spacecraft processing missions over its ordering period, which runs through February 2033. Under the indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract, All Points will provide the advance planning, facilities, supplies, and services necessary for spacecraft customers and launch service contractors to perform prelaunch processing and integration, including propellant loading, spin-balancing, launch vehicle integration, and encapsulation and transport of completed spacecraft to the launch pad, at facilities near Kennedy Space Center/Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and Vandenberg Space Force Base.

The SPOC award is the latest in a run of milestones for Space Prep this year. In April, All Points signed an exclusive agreement with NASA for a 65-acre, 50-year lease at Kennedy Space Center to build the 266,000-square-foot Spaceport Logistics Center (SLC) and an adjacent 275,000-square-foot Spacecraft Processing Center. In July, the U.S. Space Force awarded All Points a $250 million contract to design and build a commercially owned Spacecraft Processing Center at Vandenberg Space Force Base. In addition, All Points secured a major logistics firm as anchor tenant in the SLC, under a long-term agreement covering warehousing, transportation, and distribution services for space system operators and manufacturers. SPOC Contractor facilities are located near either Kennedy Space Center (KSC)/Cape Canaveral Space force Station (CCSFS) or Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) or both. Together, these milestones give Space Prep government-backed infrastructure at the nation’s two busiest launch complexes, a signed commercial anchor tenant, and now a direct NASA contract vehicle for spacecraft processing missions — reinforcing demand for Space Prep’s facilities from government and commercial customers alike.

“This SPOC award is another important proof point for Space Prep,” said Phil Monkress, President and CEO of All Points Logistics. “It validates our long-standing work with NASA’s Launch Services Program and reinforces the growing need for additional payload processing capacity at Kennedy Space Center and Vandenberg. Combined with the momentum we’ve built this year and our NASA facilities lease, our Space Force award at Vandenberg, and our anchor tenant agreement for the Spaceport Logistics Center, this award further positions Space Prep as a leading independent provider of spacecraft processing and launch-site support services.”

All Points developed its Space Prep line of business to deliver critical launch-site infrastructure, including payload processing facilities, logistics operations, office space, and control centers at Kennedy Space Center and Vandenberg Space Force Base.
